Emma Lundwall
Swedish-born lifestyle designer and holistic coach helping people design a life they truly enjoy living.
I was born and raised in Sweden and drawn to the wider world from an early age. Over the years I have lived, studied, and worked in London, Sydney, Singapore, Switzerland, and New York.
Today I live in New York with my four sons and spend part of the year in the Hamptons and at our home in Sweden.
Experiencing different cultures, homes, and ways of living has shaped how I see lifestyle, well-being, and personal environments.
My work brings together behavioral insight, holistic health, and lifestyle design to create real, lasting change. Clients often describe it as a practical reset — and at times, a kind of "spiritual makeover".
Alongside her work, Emma is also a writer, currently working on spiritual books for both women and children, exploring the connection between inner life and everyday living.
What guides this work
Intentionality
Every choice matters. From the objects in your home to the structure of your morning.
Simplicity
Less noise, more clarity. We strip back the unnecessary to reveal what truly matters.
Sustainability
Less noise, more clarity. We strip back the unnecessary to reveal what truly matters.
Background
My work is shaped by a background in behavioral science, holistic health, and design.
I hold a degree from Uppsala University in Sweden and am a certified Life Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’ve studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and various approaches to supporting emotional and physical well-being.
Over the years, I’ve also explored fine art, architecture, interior design, and fashion — all of which inform the way I approach space, energy, and self-expression today.
This work is not just about how things look, but how they feel — and how your environment supports the life you want to live.
